In addition, to attain recognition for our even higher levels of quality with regards to hygiene and environmental impact, we have applied for ISO 14001 and for certification by the BRC (British Retail Consortium).
To insure an irreproachable follow through from end to end of the process, every product is identified by our internal traceability system beginning with the raw material down the manufacturing chain until final shipment to the customer. Thus, it is possible to retrace and document each phase in the manufacture of the product and each component that was used.
One of our greatest assets is that with a warehousing and logistics center over 10,000 m² we are able to maintain a buffer inventory for our clients. For even more responsiveness in managing raw material supply levels or buffer inventory for shipment on request, our facility is integrated into our computer process control system.
Finally, samples of all items shipped are kept on hand in our product library for archival consultation and assay or for demonstration on demand.
