Our Commitment

Back in 1999, Bagherra was created on the basis of a simple observation: single-use plastic bags have an average lifetime of 20 minutes before being incinerated or, worse still, thrown away in nature where they take 400 years to decompose, polluting our earth and oceans, and killing our animals.

And so we wanted to develop a range of organically-designed packaging solutions.
Entirely made using renewable, biodegradable and compostable resources, or even from recycled and re-useable materials.
Bagherra has over two decades of expertise in ecological design of environmentally-friendly packaging for buyers in the mass retail, local authorities, wholesale and independent retail sectors.
